We appreciated staying here, the place met expectations. The location was favourable, not very far from National University. Awesome restaurant a short walk to the hotel. The airport was approx 22 minutes' drive away.

We greatly enjoyed this fairly clean hotel with a friendly reception.

Fabulous hotel, clean, attentive staff and the beds were very comfy. The room we had included air conditioning and it's own balcony.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a great area, next to beaches and the state park and future host of the U. All of the staff was highly courteous and expert.

Everything was amazing, though a few employees were very unwelcoming. Late check-out was useful. The building itself was lovely with an attractive garden.

View was lovely, breakfast was top class, and beds were comfortable.

Climate control and it's own balcony in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

It was a magnificent experience overall. Attractive staff, excellent service, stunning room. Pretty lobby. The hotel was in a gorgeous area. The venue was small and the broiler restaurant was terrific!

Special hotel, it has efficient service, impeccable location right by the ocean.

It made my trip to La Jolla a very pleasant experience. The hotel was delightful and fairly clean in an easily accessible area. Lots of excellent food at breakfast time. Outstanding service was provided here too.

Overall a such wonderful stay - definitely value for money, considering prices in other hotels. Abundant breakfast, amazing facilities and easy going staff. The room was functional and the bed was super. Had hot drinks in the sports bar in the evening.

I had a fine stay here and ca n't recommend it highly enough. Fairly clean and gorgeous accom with incredible location short walk to the ocean and beaches. I loved the room, the bed was extremely comfy. Great and superb meals.

Phenomenal location, cool room and I appreciated very cool staff. Awesome view of mountain. In general the service was helpful too. Free soft drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise.

We had a fun experience. So very friendly staff, comfy bed and well-organised rooms. Had generous continental breakfast with the grill. The beach was secluded.

Exceptional value and location was marvellous. Many things to mention - new-fashioned rooms, very amiable staff, high quality food. We loved eggs, cheese, bread and yogurt at the breakfast. Lots of supplies in the room: WiFi, hairdryer and blackout drapes.

Food was awesome, room was inviting, loved the big size bathroom. And it also had scenic view. The broiler restaurant was top notch and their staff was wonderful.

Very pretty location, ultimate hotel and also overall clean. Decent service from the properly trained staff that we interacted with. The room we had was extremely pleasant and good basic.

I loved unbeatable location of the hotel, its service-oriented staff and a nice size rooms. Spotless and interesting venue in La Jolla district. Further, it was near the lovely beach area. Tasty breakfast, FRIENDLY service.

Facilities were perfect, though Wi-Fi was horrible.

Food was superb and I have nothing but fantastic memories from this trip. Wonderful hotel with impeccable rooms and absolutely courteous staff. Perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to the public beach. A signature restaurant was exceptional...

we needed a place for vacations, everything was so perfect. large enough suite and perfectly comfortable bed. a walk-in shower in the separate bathroom was a plus. restaurant in hotel was small and the pool area was heated.
